You will need to be there to assist with
unloading and sign for the goods. Please note any obvious
damage on the delivery notes when you sign for the goods.
Unwrap the goods as soon as possible and report any other
damage to us within 48 hours. Claims for damage
made after this time cannot be considered. |

Although the driver will normally help you into a garage
or the hallway with heavy items, he will not carry
goods upstairs and you should make arrangements
for help, especially if you live in a flat other than
on the ground floor. |

If you think there could be access problems for a large
vehicle please advise at the time of ordering. |

Although we can advise a delivery day, we cannot
usually give a time and sometimes it is not possible
to advise am or pm but we will try to assist in any way
we can. |

If delivery is by carrier it is possible to
deliver on Saturday but this will involve an
extra charge and must be requested and
paid for at the time of ordering. |

Remember this is a trade service and
you must be prepared for some inconvenience
on delivery compared with a local retail delivery service. |
